As the time-intensive character of traditional education sometimes inflicts enormous pressure on professionals, non resident-programs allow our students to combine both their career and study without interruption.

Students obtain their postgraduate degree at the Institute without leaving home. For each course, extended syllabus and reading materials are provided by email together with a description of the performance requirements. Foreknowledge of European affairs is not required.
Students are not left alone to figure out what to do. A team of experts is at their disposal at all times to answer by mail, fax or telephone any question they may have. Students are contacted regularly by faculty to guide and assist them.

Each student chooses his own pace of study and can pursue his degree at home in 3 months up to 9 months or more. This flexibility allows students to combine their study with other courses or a professional activity.
